Mending Memories is located in Wellington Point, QLD.
Most services are provided online. However, home visits & location visits are an option within a 10km radius of Wellington Point.
The Support group for Parents of PDA Kids & Teens is held in Woolloongabba.
We provide services on Monday - Friday during school hours.
PDA Parent Coaching
- Coaching session: $ 290.99,- for a 90-minute session.
Therapy Services
- General counseling fee: $193.99 for a 60-minute session.
- EMDR Therapy: $290.99 for a 90-minute session.
Advocacy support
- Preparation sessions: $ 193.99 per 60-minute session or $290.99 per 90-minute session
- School meeting: $193.99 for the first hour (or a part thereof) and $49.50 per 15-minute block (or a part thereof)
- Travel time is charged at the rate of $49.50 per 15 minutes travel time.

Rebates & Funding options
There are different ways your sessions can be (partially) funded. Options include: Medicare Better Access, Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC), NDIS, Work Cover Queensland, the National Redress Scheme, Victim Assist Queensland & some Health Funds. Please find more information about rebates and funding below.
Medicare - Anyone can receive a rebate under the Medicare Better Access scheme of $85.20 for a maximum of 10 sessions per calendar year for our therapy services only. You will need a mental health treatment plan & referral letter from your GP. - You can receive a rebate under Medicare Enhanced Primary Care for up to 5 sessions per calendar year. You will need a Chronic Disease Management Plan from your GP. We require payment of your session ($193.99) on the day of your appointment via credit card payment. Your Medicare rebate will be automatically processed as soon as your appointment finishes and you will receive the rebate in your account within 24 hours. NDISSessions can be funded through your NDIS package if you are self-managed or plan-managed. We are not an NDIS registered provider.
We provide therapy/training services under the following line item: 15_621_0128_3 - Social Worker | Therapeutic Supports. The fee is $193.99,- per 60 minutes session. We can organise payments directly with the plan manager.
Work Cover Queensland Linda is a Registered provider with Work Cover Queensland.You need approval from your insurer to receive free services under Work Cover. We can organise payments directly with Work Cover QLD.
Victim AssistLinda van provide free services to victims of a violent crime. We can organise payments directly with Victim Services.
The National Redress SchemeLinda provides free services to people under the National Redress Scheme.
Private Health insuranceAccredited Mental Health Social Workers are acknowledged by Teacher's Health Fund, Nurses & Midwives fund, Bupa & Medibank for rebates for therapy sessions. We require payment of your session ($193.99) on the day of your appointment via credit card payment. You can then use the receipt to claim from your private health fund.
